
As a late-comer to the stage, Mr. Nick Byrne acted in his first play, the baseball dramedy, "Take Me Out", at the age of 47! He has since become a veteran of nearly 30 plays.
In 2013, Mr. Byrne was the recipient of a TANYS (Theatre Association of New York State) Award for portraying a wise-cracking guru in "Peak Experience", and also a sinister guard in "By Our Fingernails". His other stage credits include Eugene O'Neill's "Anna Christie" (Vocal Theatre), "Freedom Summer" (Brecht Forum), "The Hardware Diaries" (Manhattan Repertory Theatre), "Romeo and Juliet" (Center Stage Playhouse), "A Streetcar Named Desire" (Fellowship Theatre), "Breaking Legs" (Greenville Community Theatre), "Doubt" (Pound Ridge Theatre), "Buried Child" (Shades Repertory Theatre), "It's All About the Kids" (Hunziker Theatre), "One World.One Hope." (Blue State Productions), and many more.
Nick is a member of Shades Repertory Theatre, Love Creek Productions, Westchester Collaborative Theatre, and the Rose Theatre.
